Our values and behaviours

We bring our values to life every day by being:
Collaborative, Respectful, Reliable and Sustainable.

Our values are more than just words, they guide how we work with each other, farmers, suppliers, partners, and the communities we operate in. These values and behaviours represent the CBH team at our best and are what we need to collectively demonstrate to achieve our Path to 2033 strategic objectives.

The way we work

Diversity

Studies have shown that women and people from under-represented backgrounds are less likely to apply for roles where they don’t match the job description criteria exactly. If you’re excited about joining CBH and think you have what it takes but your experience doesn’t align 100% with an advertised role we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply.

How we give back

We are committed to the sustainability and vitality of Western Australian grain growing communities through a range of partnerships.

Each year we support many groups, organisations and providers to deliver services, events and opportunities to people living in our grain growing communities.

Through our Community Investment Fund, we aim to invest at least $1.5 million annually to support the areas of regional leadership development, health and wellness, arts and culture, and sports and recreation.
