Harvest preparation steps

Before you start harvesting, ensure you tick off the following actions to help us provide you with the smoothest, most efficient service on site throughout harvest.

  1. What is my Personal Access Number (PAN) and Password?
You will need your PAN and password to log in to LoadNet and the CDF app.
  2. Are my CBH account details up to date?
Check your deliverer accounts, associated contacts and bank details to make sure they are up to date in LoadNet.
  3. Have I downloaded and set up the latest version of the CDF app?
You can download the latest version from the Google Play or Apple App store – simply search for “CBH CDF”.
  4. Is my Paddock Planner information up to date for my harvest deliveries via CDF app?
All your paddock information in Paddock Planner syncs to the CDF app to make your harvest deliveries easier and share the right information with your staff and contractors.
  5. Have I checked my local site segregations to plan my harvest deliveries?
You can view planned segregations for your local sites in Paddock Planner in the lead up to harvest. Final segregations are available in the CDF app.
  6. Are my grain vehicles registered with CBH?
Register or check your vehicle details in LoadNet and upload your Main Roads WA permits to make sure you are ready to go for harvest.
